clean, quiet and cozy
The house is located in a safe subdivision close to shopping and restaurants. The house is clean, quiet, cozy and safe; female tenants only, and the bedroom came equipped with everything I needed. The landlord is warm and welcoming and made sure that I felt at home. I stayed there for one year and left because I had to move back home. Would definitely stay there again if I am in Savannah for work.

Perfect stay
I have lived in this place for more than a year and I have a lot of good things to say... the landlord is very friendly and approachable, the place is safe and comfortable and a mile or two away from the mall, parking is very accessible, just a few steps to the house door, the room has a its own personal TV and fridge . Absolutely, a perfect and safe place to stay!!!
