The unit is part of a duplex, it is private and as quiet as a mid town property can be, the neighborhood is great for walking the dog , close to some great restaurants close to the freeway system, the property has a private enclosed patio, a separate laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The place is designed around one person living there. it will feel larger then it is! The floors are all hard surfaced , no carpeting...
There are 2 Smart TV's, a large one in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. I know nothing about them other than nobody complains!
The place is in a unit in a duplex, very private, private driveway, enclosed patio, living room, large dining room, i bedroom and bath with shower, full kitchen, no dishwasher. Enclosed patio area, very private.
Quiet neighbor hood , great for walking the dog! Close freeway access and close to local Hospitals and mass transit. We only accept Dogs, sorry no cats! Dogs accepted upon landlord approval.
