Lovely home! Wonderful host!
We stayed here for a month & loved it. Michelle was an amazing host & always very prompt in responding to questions & requests. The home was very clean & had everything we needed. It felt like a safe neighborhood and we chose it because it was close to Mayo. We also loved that it has a cute park down the road & beaches nearby.

Great property near Jax Beach
I had a great experience renting this property for the summer. The home itself was comfortable and located in a great neighborhood. 10 minutes from Jax Beach, 2 minutes from Publix, and only a minute walk from the park. The hosts were flexible, friendly, and always ready to address any issues that came up. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful Property and Host!
Michelle was an absolutely wonderful host and her property was perfect for our needs! My brother had a kidney transplant surgery at Mayo, so we needed a clean, safe place close to Mayo for his recovery. This house was perfect and cozy for all of us! There's also a little park about 2 blocks away, so it was even more awesome for my toddler! This house is also super close to anything you would need for shopping, food, etc. It's also not too far from the beaches! I highly recommended this rental for anyone needing to stay close to Mayo or in a nicer part of Jacksonville!

Isle of Palms Getaway
The home was appointed nicely and very well maintained. The backyard was awesome and the neighbors were also very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and homeowners definitely have pride in their properties. We were just a few miles from Jax Beach and shopping. Michelle is a wonderful Landlord and was very efficient and helpful with making it easy to obtain the lease, and we moved in without any issues. She even provided a bird feeder in the backyard as my husband is a birder. Very nice touch! We enjoyed our stay and the home was well furnished. We recommend this home and would stay here again if we get back to Jacksonville. Definitely 5 Stars overall!
