Kelly and Mike are truly outstanding landlords. From day one, they were quick to respond, warm, and personable. Throughout my stay, they remained attentive and easy to communicate with, always willing to stop for a friendly chat. They genuinely care about creating a great living experience and respect that the space is your home. The unit itself exceeded expectationsbeautifully decorated, bright, peaceful, and instantly felt like home. The neighbors were just as welcoming and friendly, which added even more to the comfortable atmosphere. The location couldnt be better: a quiet, serene neighborhood that still sits right in the heart of Denver. Street parking was always ample, and Kelly and Mike even went out of their way to remind me about street sweeping days. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for kind, genuine landlords, great neighbors, and a home that feels welcoming from the start.
