Serene, beautiful, homely, just fantastic.

WOW, what can I say about this place to give it enough praise. The hot water was amazing lasted as long as you needed it to. The balcony was by far my personal space for tranquil evenings. Even with the hustle and bustle that broadway has and eighth st going towards the hospital, setting on this balcony was so serene. It’s not like setting on the water and it is a little smaller, but I was in love with that space. You can see the ocean towards Stewart and if you look back up eighth during the day you can see the ocean. At night you can hear th waves crash against the beach. Mr. Justin is honest and responsive and respectful. He is good people. Mr. Raymond keeps the grass trimmed and most times he comes and places cans at the road and come brings them back. I did beat him to them a time or two. The WiFi is top notch I do suggest getting WiFi range boosters in the upstairs apartments they are inexpensive and would allow bedrooms more WiFi.

Great Rental

This rental was exactly what we were looking for! The beach access was fantastic – just a quick 5-minute walk and we were enjoying the sand and surf. The property itself is well-maintained. It felt warm and inviting. We appreciated the reliable air conditioning (important for Galveston summers!), strong Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. The host was professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Great value for the quality and location. We'd absolutely recommend this property to friends and family!

Perfect Galveston Housing. Close to Everything!

I absolutely loved my stay at this house! The location is perfect just steps from the sand for relaxing in the evenings, yet a super quick commute to work/the Strand. The house itself was spotless, incredibly cozy, and had everything I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and great porch for sitting outside enjoying the evening breeze. Its peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the check-in process was seamless. I couldnt have asked for a better spot to balance work and relaxation. I will definitely be back!

Gem of a location

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location was absolutely ideal just minutes from the childrens hospital, the beach, and tons of great places to eat. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, which made it easy to explore without ever needing to drive. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall sense of comfort and safety. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind and chill out after long days. Justin, the landlord, was fantastic very responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Galveston.
