Perfect Stay

My first comment on this listing is how great of a landlord Trent is. Prior to my stay, he always responded quickly to my messages and questions further inquiring about the property and made him self available throughout my stay should any more questions arise. Additionally, he knew I was traveling with my cat and went above and beyond to purchase my cat a house warming present. The space itself was perfect for myself as a solo occupant. It had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Although its a studio, the arrangement of the space makes it feel open and larger than the square footage it is. I told Trent that if Im ever back in the Clovis area, I will stay at this listing again or one of his other listings.
