Perfect from start to finish!

My husband and I recently relocated to Rockport and needed a place to call home for 8 months. We were elated to find this propertyit truly exceeded our expectations. The location couldnt have been more idealjust a short walk to everything Rockport has to offer and nestled in a neighborhood filled with lovely people who quickly became dear friends.The house is immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. The long list of amenities made our daily lives incredibly comfortable and convenient. But what truly set this experience apart were the homeowners, Michelle and Joe. They were exceptional hosts: always responsive, remarkably kind, and genuinely wonderful people. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This home is a gembright, joyful, well maintained, and perfectly located in one of the most charming seaside communities. We feel so grateful to have spent time in this special home.

Hidden Gem

Dont miss out on this pristine property in an amazing location! Set in a safe and adorable neighborhood within walking distance to both the beach and center of town. Parking was also a breeze in their private back lot. The unit itself was immaculate with more than enough room for my family of four! Big kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and seating, two living room areas, three big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and three clean & stocked bathrooms. Truly hard to find in this location! The hosts were so kind, easy to reach, communicative, and everything was exactly as listed. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

Convenient, Charming and Comfortable

5 stars! Our family had a wonderful experience at this lovely home. First, the house is notably clean and tastefully styled. The furniture is new and beds are comfortable. The layout of the house is great for spending time with family, plenty of seating in the kitchen and living spaces. We appreciated the parking spots and modern amenities like washer/dryer and air conditioning. We grilled on the patio, which was great, but most days we walked to Bearskin Neck to grab a bite to eat and shop around. The beach was beautiful, flat and tidal. Finding sea glass was fun for the kids. We were SO happy with the convenient location of the home, the beach, shops and restaurants were only a 5-10 minute walk through the neighborhood filled with New England charm. We would love to stay here again!

A Perfect Family Getaway in Rockport!

My family and I recently stayed at this house in a quiet area of Rockport. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home. The hosts were exceptionalkind, helpful, and great with communication. The house itself was so clean and featured AC units in every room. As parents of young children, we were thrilled to find both a pack and play and a mini crib available, saving us the hassle of bringing our own. A big convenience for us was the washer and dryer, which is invaluable with kids in tow. The darkening shades in the bedrooms were another fantastic touch, helping our little ones get a good nights sleep.We loved spending evenings on the patio in the back, enjoying dinner/drinks while the kids were asleep. The location was unbeatable. We were able to pop our kids into the wagon and take a short walk to downtown Rockport, Bearskin Neck, and Front Beach. It was such a relief not to have to drive anywhere.Overall, our stay was perfect.We can't wait to come back again next year. HIGHLY Recommend!
