Location is a studio with private entrance from a secluded rear stone patio with fire pit. Recently remodeled all of the appliances are new. The apartment itself is comfortable. I found the neighbors to be minding their business. The deposit is forfeit. The stairs down should be taken at a time. The only draw back the upstairs is an airbnb... no way of locking the door upstairs from the random strangers who "pop in ", and no way to secure the property from the upstairs while at work. Aside of the door upstairs being unsecured... For a traveling worker in the area it is NICE , Comfortable, with secluded back area to relax. A Dunkin Donuts and NY style pizza place 2 blocks away. Lisa is a good host and I found her to be down to earth, and completely respectful to my presence at the property.
