Couldn't ask for anything better!

My dog and I were so lucky to call Alma's place 'home' for a little over a year. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Alma, her home, and her canine companion Otis. I initially rented the unit from Alma for 3 months when I was moving from the east coast to the west coast for work. But, as my dog and I settled in it turned out to be the perfect fit for all involved. Although I have moved away I still keep in touch with Alma, as she is family now. As for the unit, it is PERFECT. The seclusion and serenity the unit and entire yard provided me during some very stressful periods was just what I needed. Not only that, but Alma herself was so wonderful and accommodating. The unit has everything you need for a short or long term stay and provides a very warm feeling with the artwork/books within it. It is centrally located on a safe street with great neighbors. It's also easy to get to San Fran proper and the surrounding East Bay towns. Can't recommend it enough.

A Peaceful Retreat: Cozy Studio with a Serene Garden

I recently stayed in a studio that was formerly a library, now beautifully transformed into a comfortable living space. The place is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a short-term stay, and most of the appliances are brand new. One of the highlights is the stunning garden, which offers a peaceful retreat for unwinding or meditation. The host was very helpful and always available if I needed anything. She even gave me a book from their large collection. The studio is located in a safe area with a gated entry, and parking was always available.
