Great Apartment Near the Wharf

This is a great studio apartment and Paul has been a pleasure to rent from so far. The Apartment is very spacious for a single person. The bed is comfy and the Wifi and TV work well. The place is also well stocked with linnens/towels, cleaning supplies, cooking equipment, and just about anything else or need. The place is well-located, less than a 3 minute walk to the metro and only about 5 minutes to get to the wharf. The building is pretty quiet too, I have not had any issues with noise from neighbors, and its is not directly on the street so there is little street noise. Paul has been an exceptional communicator, always promptly responding to any questions Ive had and resolving any small issues that have came up. I think overall its a great value and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place in the Wharf area.
