Peaceful & Great Rental
I enjoyed my stay at this comfortable open home. I was able to walk my dog around the neighborhood and it was biking distance to the hospital. Peaceful and quiet location with an extended backyard that which was accessible for us as well. Jennifer was an awesome hostess and readily available when needed.

Great experience
I'm scholar researcher, I work at anschutz medical campus. I had a wonderful experience at Geneva house , the neighborhood is quite quiet and safe. The house is very furnished and the landlord was great. She is a very good person, she is available and helpful for whatever you need. The house is located very close to the campus and to groceries. It has beautiful backyard and outdoor space.

nice place to live, close to UC health
My wife and I had a fantastic experience living in this property. we appreciated the fenced in yard and the campfire ring. The location was super convenientclose to UChealth with easy access to the airport. If you like coffee I highly recommend going to Jubilee which is just dont the road. It was the best coffee I had in Denver. The landlord was wonderfulalways quick to respond and very attentive. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live!
