Comfy & convenient

This apt was just what I needed for the last part of my travel assignment. I worked nights but never had any issues sleeping during the day. Neighborhood was quiet & close to hospitals, alot of stores, restaurants, & entertainment. The landlord was very responsive & was very quick to answer any questions I had. I'd definitely stay here again if I have another assignment in the area.

A comfortable apartment for 1 - 2 people

We lived in this apartment for a little over 10 months after moving to the Charlotte Area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighbors were nice, and the area was largely quiet. The apartment is a little bit small, but it worked well for the two of us and our dog. The owner was very communicative and provided us with notice of outages and expected restoration times, and kept us informed of any maintenance work in or around the apartment. He does require a formal contract, but accepts payment by Zelle.
