great space + better landlord!!

I had a few months to find a short-term living rental for my clinical internship and Kim was the best in every way. Initially, I had suggested she move on to other tenant options due to some personal conflicts. I reached back out a month later to follow up and see if it might still be available but someone else was about to sign it. LUCKILY they fell through and Kim was kind enough to reach back out to me and get us set up. Needless to say, I am forever thankful. The place is relatively new with modern furniture and is very well-kept. She's also a fellow cat-owner and cat-lover so she understands other pet owners. Throughout my entire 3-month stay, she was always reachable and/or communicated proper steps if she was going out of town for a bit. Whenever minor repairs were needed, she was quick to act and respond, wanting to make sure that I remained comfortable while it was being fixed. Kim truly treats you like family here -- respects your privacy/space & offers her full support!

I stayed here for over a year! Cozy spot! Has everything that you need! Kim is great with responding to any questions/needs! Would recommending staying here!
