Beautiful 2BR/2.5BA Flagstone Townhome minutes from ECU Medical Center

Perfect stay

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! As a travel nurse at ECU, it was the perfect place to stay that was convenient and also safe. The place was clean, had the appropriate amenities, and felt comfortable right away. The cherry on top was have a super responsive and genuinely nice landlord to welcome me in her home! Definitely would stay here again if work ever brings me back to this area.

Great Experience in Greenville, NC!

We had a great experience renting this townhouse. The place was super clean, really well laid out, and felt comfortable right away. The appliances were all in great shape, and the back terrace was perfect for our dogs it opened right onto a peaceful greenway and got nice light with its north-south exposure. The neighborhood was a real bonus. Very friendly neighbors and a well-kept, quiet community with beautiful landscaping. You can tell the area is looked after and has a good vibe. Holly, the landlord, was fantastic to deal with. Kind, responsive, and always helpful she made everything easy from the start. She even left a thoughtful welcome gift, which was such a nice touch. Overall, a great rental and a really smooth, positive experience.

Stunning Stay!

I've been living at this property since February, and the property is absolutely stunning inside and out. Holly paid attention to detail to keep the home bright and airy. The neighbors and neighborhood are nice and right down the road from the hospital. Holly is super sweet and quick and attentive if any issues are to arise. Nothing but great things to say about this place!
