Wonderful Stay in Indianapolis Area

I stayed with Traci and Jim over the summer while I completed an internship and it was an amazing stay! Traci and Jim are wonderful hosts and are excellent communicators. The house is in the perfect location to get anywhere in the Indianapolis area. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area I highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing and cozy

I enjoyed my time at this oasis! I love dogs and missed my pups that were at home well traveling for work. Their dogs were great and gave me that needed downtime from work getting to play with their dogs at the end of my days. Lake is beautiful thought I was going to be there for the summer to enjoy the lake but the job I got became more remote than needing to be onsite. Traci and Jim were great communicators and were easy to get along with and socialize but gave you the privacy you needed so it was to the level the person who staying there wants. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy the lake and a bit of time with some pups to relax. Best -Karen

Comfortable, affordable, and convenient w/ wonderful landlords

I really enjoyed getting to know Traci and Jim throughout the year I stayed with them. They are kind, caring, and considerate people. The home was well-appointed and maintained, and in a nice area. Shopping was nearby, and close to interstate and 465 access. Highly recommended!

An excellent retreat for your transition to Indy

I enjoyed every month I stayed with Traci and Jim. This home is clean, relaxing, and has an idyllic balance of privacy and social engagement. Traci and Jim are excellent communicators, caring, and welcoming. I especially enjoyed time on the lake, in the sunroom, as well as the quick commute to most of Indy. Moving out will be tough simply because of how this temporary place became a place to call home and make new friends in the process.

Private Room on Lakefront Home

Super easy and quick commute to Indianapolis hospitals. Property owner is respectful of space and quiet in the evenings. Animals in the house are all very friendly. The house is always tidy! The bed in the private room is super comfortable. Private bathroom is conveniently located near private bedroom space. Outdoor deck and sunroom has a great view of the lake and is so nice to enjoy meals after work!
