Cozy living with city views

I have to start by saying how great John and Helena have been as landlords. When my wife and I first moved to California, we stayed here and it turned out to be such a cozy and comfortable place for us. The space works really well for one or two people and has all the main amenities you need. One of my favorite parts is the backyard with views of the SF skyline. On clear days you can even see the top of the Golden Gate Bridge, and we loved having coffee or dinner out there when the weather was nice. Theres no separate living room, but the kitchen area works just fine as a shared space. Having laundry access in the garage is also super convenient. The closet is a good size and theres even a desk if you need to work from home. Overall its a quiet, relaxed, pet-friendly place. And if you love dogs, youll enjoy Peanut, the other landlord around here. A great cozy spot we'd definitely recommend!
