Clean, safe, organized, has everything you need

Had a wonderful time staying here in Eugene for my 1 month rotation at Peace Health. The space has everything you would need; the in-unit laundry is a luxury! When I moved in, the space was clean and included essentials like salt/pepper, hand and dish soaps, towels, and laundry detergent - things not often included in other spaces. I prefer to cook and had an easy time doing so with the utensils provided. It is a space designed to be practical and cozy. It also feels incredibly safe. It is quite close to Peace Health- my commutes were only about 5 minutes. Ellen was also very responsive, accommodating, and friendly throughout my stay. Would highly recommend this space to the traveling student/professional.

I highly recommend the Sunset Suite. Ellen is a wonderful host - friendly, responsive, and attentive. The apartment has everything you need, including a dedicated parking spot right in front of the house and a private outdoor area to relax. Inside, its stocked with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is excellent as well just minutes from Riverbend Hospital, grocery stores, shopping centers, and great walking trails.

I had a great experience staying at Ellens place. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. I was in town for my clinical rotation, and the location was perfectjust minutes from the major hospitals. There are also plenty of nearby stores and grocery options, which made day-to-day living very convenient. Ellen was incredibly accommodating and provided a detailed apartment manual with helpful information about the studio and local recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Cozy studio

This was the perfect fit for me while I was in Oregon for work! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is in a safe neighborhood minutes away from grocery stores and shopping. The owner was very sweet and super helpful with anything I needed. I would 10/10 recommend!
