This condo is located across the street from Ballinger Park and Ballinger Lake, both with great trails and access to nature. Overall a quiet neighborhood, but with excellent access to the interstate, the interurban trail and coming in August the Mountlake Terrace light rail station. Within minutes of Alderwood Mall and numerous shops and restaurants, this neighborhood is a great spot to call home.

A Perfect Place
This place was perfect for me and my contract. I'm a night shift travel RN and had a contract in downtown Seattle. I wanted to get away from the business of the city, and this place was so peaceful and quiet. It's a safe area, and I loved being walking distance to the lake. It was a bonus having my own parking spot plus being near grocery stores, gyms, parks, and the freeway. This landlord is so respectful and was very mindful on the nights I had to sleep for work. I had a cozy queen bed, and she put up black out curtains. She maintains a clean space and supplied me with all the amenities. Her pup is so sweet, never barks, and she kept her out of my space as much as I wanted or needed. I would absolutely stay here again!
