Best host ever

Pet and travel nurse friendly host! Matthew is the nicest guy ever! He even took the time to send me a special Christmas Ornament:) Super responsive and courteous in all of his communication and he gives detailed and precise instructions. Easy check in with the key pad and there are keys if needed. One car garage with additional parking next to the unit. I parked on the street with no issues. Friendly neighbors who always said hello. The entire condo has been meticulously updated with modern touches. Full sized kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Close to all shopping and conveniences. Highly recommended A plus plus .

Wonderful stay

I stayed at this unit from August til December, and absolutely loved my stay. First, I want to say that Matthew is truly the best host I've ever rented from. Not only is he kind and understanding, but helps accommodate any issues that may arise. He is the greatest! He did a phenomenal job decorating this unit, and saw that the unit was equipped for anything a traveler may need, plus lots if storage throughout the apartment. I would definitely rent from him again, if I am ever back in the area.
