SUPER CLEAN & PEACEFUL

My husband & I stayed here for 8 months while my husband was working on the East Coast. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN & had almost every accessory we needed for our stay. Ethan was super helpful & it's obvious he truly cares about his properties & tenants. If ever back in this part of the country, we would stay again!

A wonderful stay with Ethan in New Hampshire.

I had the absolute pleasure of renting from Ethan for six months, and we can confidently say that he is the best landlord we've ever had! My roommate and I, both travel nurses, were looking for a place to stay during our assignments, and Ethan's property turned out to be the perfect choice. From the very beginning, Ethan was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with. He made sure everything was set up for our move-in and was always available if we needed anything during our stay. It's clear that he truly cares about his tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and at home. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't have been better. It was safe, peaceful, and conveniently located, making it the ideal spot for travel nurses like us who are often working long hours. We felt secure and at ease during our entire stay. We honestly can't recommend Ethan enough. His kindness, attentiveness, and the great atmosphere he fosters around his properties make him stand out as a landlord. Whenever we travel to New Hampshire again, we will only stay at one of Ethans places! Hes hands down the best landlord we've ever had!

Amazing Stay

I had an amazing stay at this property! We found this pretty last minute however Ethan was super accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtful attention to detail in every room. The space was not only stylishly furnished but also fully equipped with everything I needed to feel at home, including a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living area. The location was perfect, near the highway and popular shopping area. Communication with Ethan was seamless, and always was quick to respond to any questions or requests. I couldn't have asked for a better temporary home, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!
