This a brand new light and bright adu (guest house) and the landscaping is green and lush with agapanthus and azalea along the sidewalk leading to the front door. The sensor lights come on as the front door is approached. French doors open to a patio which also has a sensor light. The neighbors are very quiet.

Hiking in the Hollywood hills or for a beach day about 40 minutes to Santa Monica beach. This cottage was built by a retired nurse with your needs in mind. a very comfortable retreat with black out blinds in both bedrooms , full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit

Amazing, quiet and safe rental
I recently did a a nursing contract in Burbank and stayed at this ADU. The owner, Jean, is a wonderful, caring and very welcoming person. We felt very safe and comfortable there; felt just like home. The unit feels much bigger with a great layout and plenty of storage areas and closets. I also loved that it comes with a washer and dryer. One of the things that I noticed is hard to find in California is parking. Therefore, it is an amenity that this place came with a designated parking spot. Finally, the place is near great places to eat- anything from thai food, chinese or mexican is just around the corner. We also enjoyed being midpoint between sixflags and universal studios. In summary, were so lucky to have stayed here!
