Not a mentally stable landlord
I placed a deposit for this property to stay in temporarily during my relocation to Virginia. We had a discussion in which I detailed my needs and my move. As time approached this woman decided I could not alternate vehicles although I would be using my truck for the move and my car for daily use while keeping one at my son's in NC, along with my trailer. She also had an issue with me using my trailer to move personal effects to VA and freaked at my dog sleeping in its kennel. She cancelled my reservation 3 weeks prior to my arrival, leaving me without housing for the start of a new job, harassed me over text, then ignored multiple requests to return my deposit.
