Great Property and Owners

Ned and Fricka are very welcoming, responsive owners. They were wonderful to have as landlords. The property itself is in great condition and in a very convenient location. I commuted via bus, and there are several bus stops nearby to use. The studio has the essentials and maximizes the amount of storage. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever visit Richmond again for a mid-term stay, I would definitely try to stay here again.

Cozy, Quiet, Convenient Stay

This place name speaks for itself. It really is a Cozy/Comfy Studio. It provides quietness and convenience to a supermarket and other restaurants, stores, and variety of local activities and scenery near by. Not to mention parking directly in front of place and a peaceful shared patio with owners (but they allow you your space). The price, location, and comfort is all you need. Lovely studio apartment in a good location

This is a beautiful clean studio apartment on the East side of Richmond. The great things: The space has vaulted ceilings, fast WiFi, high shower heads, a powerful dishwasher and induction stove, grill, patio with furniture, a full sized fridge, and is located within a 30 second walk to a convenient grocery store across the street. Ned, the property manager, is accepting to all/friendly, easy to work with, and responded quickly to my questions and requests. I have stayed at 3 FF properties and this was easily the best property we have stayed at so far.
