Very nice & comfortable

Mr. Frank was an excellent landlord and made my stay smooth and worry-free. He was always professional, responsive, and respectful, and he made sure everything in the home was well taken care of. The property was exactly as describedclean, comfortable, and move-in ready, which made my transition so much easier. I especially appreciated his clear communication and willingness to address any questions quickly. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Frank to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy host.

Housing Review

I stayed at the property a little over a month and it was amazing! The area is right in the perfect spot! Everything is super close like grocery stores, restaurants and Ohare airport. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs that serves delicious sandwiches and pasta. I stayed during the summer time and the AC inside the apartment is fantastic! Frank is a great host too! He is easy to reach via phone calls and texts. He responded quickly to all of my questions and needs. The only thing is that the property does not have an in unit laundry. But there is a laundry unit attached to the property. You just need to use coins when doing laundry. Besides that, I loved the property and surrounding area. If I ever come back to Chicago for another contract, I will definitely be reach out to Frank again.
