Practically perfect!

I stayed at this property for 6-ish weeks, and it was delightful. The space is well laid out, with nice finishes that make it feel expensive. The neighborhood is great, quiet and safe. I didn't feel unsafe walking my pup at all hours of the day and night, and there was plenty of grass for my dog to love. Parking is plentiful, I almost always could park right out front. Bianca is easy to get a hold of if something needs to be checked or asked. The little patio space is great, especially with a pup. I had 1 suggestion when I left, and I think they will take it into consideration to make the next person's stay even better. The only downside to this property is the lack of washer and dryer, but there are plenty of laundromats nearby. I'm keeping this spot on my list for future stays in LA!

Luxury and upscale

I stayed 3 months at Casita Botzer and it was a great experience. The landlords were quickly responsive since the beginning of showing my interest in the property. Bianca and Ori put lots of work into building this place. Its very luxurious and gives a nice cozy atmosphere. They were attentive to my needs and always made sure I didnt need anything. This was my first residence as I started my travel career, and it exceeded my expectations. These are very down to earth and caring individuals.
