Anza Vista is a quiet and charming "old San Francisco" neighborhood geographically centered in the middle of SF. You
can live on the "cheap" by walking two blocks to buy groceries at Target or Trader Joe's. The north east entrance to Golden Gate
park is a fifteen minute walk. Muni is very close by with the 5 Fulton,43 Masonic or 38 Geary all two block's away!
Incredible Place, Very Convenient
My stay at this Anza Vista apartment has been nothing short of extraordinary. I highly highly recommend. Leonard has been extremely helpful with anything that is needed. The view of the city is incredible, and the area is surprisingly quiet. The apartment itself is spacious and the aesthetic of the apartment is unique. The living room is facing the city skyline and gets plenty of sunlight!
Great place, amazing views
Our stay in the Anza Vista apartment was really great. The panoramic views were stunning! The spacious layout worked perfectlyI was able to work in the living or dining area. The kitchen was decently equipped, and the living space was cozy with a comfy couch and futon. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed and a walk-in closet. The shared laundry facilities were almost always available. The quiet neighborhood felt peaceful yet was close to Trader Joes and Target in one direction and a quick walk down the hill to restaurants in NOPA and on Divisadero. We did not have a car, but public transit options were easy to access. The landlord, Leo, was very responsive and helpful. Well miss this place!
Loved this apartment!
My husband and I absolutely loved staying in this unit while I was travel nursing. The view of downtown SF is not to be missed! My husband was working remotely and had plenty of space for his desk and computer chair in the dining room. The kitchen and living room are both well supplied, the sofa was very comfortable. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress, as well as a 4 drawer dresser, and a walk-in closet. We loved that the neighborhood sits on top of a hill, so it's quiet and pretty residential, but you're still within a 15 minute walk of the Divisadero nightlife. The shared laundry was nearly always available, and the garage parking was a huge perk. L was a wonderful landlord, very quick to fix anything that went wrong. We'll miss living in Anza Vista for sure!
