Close to beach but very peaceful

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The apartment itself is fantastic—clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a seamless stay. This casita comes with free access to bikes, body boards, beach umbrellas and chairs, and even a sand bucket for the kids. BBQ, common area and on site laundry add the extra touch to make your stay even better. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The hosts are incredibly attentive and lightning-fast when it comes to communication. Any time I had a question or needed a quick hand, they responded immediately and took care of it without hesitation. If you are looking for a great place to stay with hosts who genuinely care about their guests' comfort, look no further. Highly recommended!

The perfect rental exists

My stay was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had (and I work in the industry). Everything was perfect. The towels, sheets, beds, decor, kitchen, amenities, beach supplies, bikes, exterior spaces and - most of all - the location were top notch. I would stay again as my first choice when visiting Oceanside.

Kauai-Inspired Beach Retreat

Enjoyed our stay at this rental. The place was clean, well organized and came with additional amenities like cleaning supplies (laundry included), gas BBQ, bikes and a communal fire pit area! The owners were diligent and respectful. Couldn't ask for a better location. Safe to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants, the beach and farmers markets. We would definitely stay here again.

Photos do not do justice to how great this place is. Spacious and thoughtfully designed areas within the large studio space- plenty of room for our group of 3 adults to hang out and we ended up spending more time inside than expected simply because we liked it so muchAC was a huge plus on hot summer days. Location is very walkable and you must go eat at the Local Tap House down the street where I kid you not one of the top 10 meals ever just like the home - it was totally unpretentious, cool and easy to adore. Note there is a skylight so it gets bright when the sun is up, so if youre a light sleeper be sure to pull the handy blackout curtains around th

Great Location and Awesome Ammenities

We loved our stay at K and J's place. All communication was answered swiftly. Everything was meticulously clean. The bed was very comfortable (a huge relief for this 'princess and the pea'). The location is great too--so many cool places to get coffee and close enough to the beach to walk or bike. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
