Perfect apartment

I had a wonderful experience renting from David for the past year. He was always quick to respond, respectful, and incredibly understanding, especially of my night shift schedule, which made a big difference in my day to day comfort. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, fully stocked, and very spacious. I rarely, if ever, heard neighbors, and the safe gated community with covered parking made me feel secure. The location was also perfect, with great restaurants and conveniences nearby. I miss my 10 minute drive to work. The airport was 7 minutes away which was perfect as well. I truly did not want to leave. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend David and property to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

Safe, quiet and clean place

Absolutely loved the place! Felt like home; had everything I needed - even a workstation with monitors and everything. Definitely would have stayed longer if I could. And David is an amazing host!

Excellent Short or Long-Term Option in Dallas

I stayed here for nearly a month while traveling for work and it has everything one could need, whether staying short or long-term. The quiet condo is equipped with an extremely comfortable king-sized bed, ample storage for clothing, a spacious bathroom, full kitchen with utensils/cookware/Brita water filter, in-unit washer and dryer, work space with a sit-stand desk, double monitors/computer, and two nice smart TVs. Gated parking is provided and the spot is conveniently located right outside the condo. The inside is very nice and updated, and there is also a gated, private pool just outside the condo. The location is great for getting in and out of downtown Dallas, and it has many close restaurants and grocery stores. What makes this such a fantastic option is the host. He is quick to respond if any problem arises or if you have questions about the condo. During my stay, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that required a technician to come and fix it. The host was on this in no time to ensure that my stay was comfortable and that I felt like I was at home. He is trustworthy, always available, and dedicated to making your stay in Dallas a 5 star experience.

Great Place!

I work 100% remote and travel so this was like a dream come true! This place has a stand-up desk and two monitors connected to a docking station with a usb-c connection. There is everything here to live day to day and relax in front of the tv after work. There is a large window over looking the pool as well. I am from VA so all of the trees in the area is a major plus by me.
