This a private room in the basement of my house. Entry is through a side door and down a half flight of stairs. There is a private full bathroom in the basement a short distance from the room. Although there is no air conditioning the room remains cool in the summer because it is in the basement. The house is quiet and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe.

This is a basement room, with private bathroom in my house . Although there is no AC it remains cool through the summer heat. Open to renting either furnished or unfurnished. There is the capacity to heat and store some food in the basement plus access to a full kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen and other common areas are shared with me. Free internet, utilities and laundry. Parking available on the street.
