Summer in CO

We absolutely loved our summer stay! Watching the sunsets over the mountains each evening was such a special part of our time here. The quiet, peaceful location and easy access to bike paths made it even more enjoyable. The rental was thoughtfully prepared and made our stay even better and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to return and highly recommend this rental!

Convenient, clean and relaxing!

Kim’s place is in a great location. It’s very clean, with comfy furniture and everything you need for short or extended stays. Kim is a great host who was very accommodating for us while we dealt with a difficult building process. Would highly recommend!

Great quiet place

Love love love the condo. Quiet neighborhood backs off a golf course. Two different grocery stores in either direction. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked(except for a toaster but does have an air fryer). Attached garage that opens into the condo. Great views of the mountains. Kimberly was very responsive and helping. My favorite housing accommodations so far.
