Very clean and responsive

Sintia was very respectful and an amazing host. She was very welcoming and made things very easy for my stay. She was flexible with my move in and move out dates. I would recommend her to anyone looking to stay in Manteca.

Great host, amazing experience

Sintia was an amazing host for my stay here at this beautiful home. She was so welcoming, attentive to all matters and completely transparent and reasonable throughout the entire experience. Place is clean and very spacious. Neighborhood is quiet, with a decent amount of parking in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay.

Highly Recommend!

I was moving across the country knowing no body in the state - Sintia managed to make me feel welcomed and at home while looking for places to live and has continued to do so. Her home is a perfect spot for quiet, kind living. Cleanliness and communication are highly valued and executed well between housemates and Sintia, which was a huge relief to me! I am so happy I was able to find such comfortable housing arrangments for the time I am here. 10/10 would reccomend!

Sintia is a respectful, responsible, and generous host. She has been communicative throughout the process of applying, moving in and living here. The house is clean, quiet, and well-stocked.

Amazing Place to Stay

I love staying at Sintias place. It has everything you need such as the room being fully furnished, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and more. It made the move very easy and worry free. Sintia is very responsive to my messages, which is great. She is very accommodating and a wonderful person. The place is quiet and the neighborhood is great.

Beautiful home & very accommodating

S's is an incredibly kind host and her property is a beautiful brand new build that is very clean and located in a safe neighborhood. She is highly responsive to questions and very accommodating with what she offers (towels, dishes, wifi, startup items, etc.). If you need recommendations (like places to eat, shopping, activities, etc.), she'll provide a great list (almost immediately). She is a long-time local in the area and knows this place really well, so her recommendations are fantastic! S's property is within close proximity to shops and restaurants as well as the hospitals and clinics in the county. I initially thought I'd be here only for a month, but I actually plan to stay during my tenure in the area. I feel so lucky to have found a beautiful cozy home with a host that is amazing and kind. Even though I'm away from my family, Sintia made my transition easier and smoother. Whether you're new to the area or have been here before, I'd highly recommend S's place!
