great location! safe area! accommodating hosts!
I'm a traveling healthcare worker and resided here for approximately 6 months. it's in a great location, convenient to downtown and has amazing local shopping centers nearby. the hosts are easy to communicate with, and we're very accommodating to all issues we had with the house and very responsive. the house has everything you need! would recommend staying here !
Confortable, Clean and Quiet Home
We had arrived in NOLA prior to the Super Bowl, due to an emergency contract. To say the least, we were unprepared for the housing market. Everything was way overpriced or booked up. After connecting with Karla, everything started to fall into place. She was accommodating and beyond sympathetic to our situation. And, the place matches her quality character. Clean, stocked and just a highly functional living space. It's in a safe neighborhood and just a couple streets over from a high school. 10/10, highly recommend.
Cozy home/location
This is the perfect home for a long term stay. It's fully equipped with everything you will need, the property and the house are clean, and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. She's also easy to reach when needed. I came to Nola as a travel healthcare worker and initially stayed in the city, after a bad experience there I was VERY lucky to have the opportunity to stay at Karla's place instead. The location is a quick drive into the city, a few minutes away from the Lakeside Shopping Center, and feels a lot safer than residing within the city. Having a place to park my car/the fenced in back yard are a few other perks I've had after switching to Metairie. Also, since the house is so spacious, I was able to have guests come from out of town to visit without feeling crowded. Every one of those guests who have stayed with me were very impressed and have wanted to leave their own reviews for how amazing Karla is. I promise no one will regret booking a stay here.
