Great rental!
My wife and I spent 3 months at the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient for our needs, the house was amazingly well equipped and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Landlords!
Glynis and Greg were the best landlords we've ever had! Everything from the booking process through move-out was smooth. They keep the house in good condition and it's in a quiet and nice location, close to good restaurants and stores. They were easy to reach for any problems, were very willing to help fix anything in a timely manner, and were always friendly and courteous. Glynis went above and beyond, offering to help with the job search (we're college students). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced house in the city.

Great house and landlords!
My husband and I rented with Glynis and Greg for 9 months and had a great experience. The house is cozy and had everything we needed, and Glynis and Greg were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our time there. Great yard for our two dogs and wonderful neighbors, would definitely recommend!

Home away from home
I can't say enough positive things about our stay here. Greg and Glynis went above and beyond to make sure my dog, Butters, and I had a comfortable stay. Not only were they attentive hosts, but they are both just the sweetest, kindest, and honest people. We stayed in the Master Bedroom one week during our transition between two different 3-month rentals. If had known what a wonderful place this was before signing a 3-month lease for another residence, I would have stayed here. We immediately felt at home. The residence is cozy, comfortable, and spacious. The backyard is large and fully enclosed, perfect for Butters to explore. The neighbors were also very helpful and friendly. One neighbor even came over to help me with car trouble. There's a cute local Market (Frazie's) within walking distance with AMAZING locally sourced foods and plenty of restaurants, some breweries, and a grocery store within close driving distance. Thank you both for our WONDERFUL stay!

Incredibly Cozy Home
My stay was so relaxing, and it felt like I was in a home. Super clean and nice and cool during the summer I stayed over. The backyard is spacious, perfect for dogs and little kids to run around in, with a little gazebo to just bliss out, that was my favorite area... Other than the Kitchen! The gas stove is clean, and heats up fast, and plenty of countertop space to prep a banquet! The living room has a soft couch to lay on and accidentally pass out, and an elegant fireplace. Perfect beds to sleep in on, even all day, very comfortable. A perfect home to escape from the chaos your life may have.
