Ranch in the heart of the Cape

Convenient & Comfortable

Stayed here for ~8 months while building a project over on NE pine Island road. The neighborhood is quiet, secluded and walk/runable, and the house is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from the main areas of Cape Coral. A slightly longer drive gets you to most places in Fort Myers as well. The house is new and fresh, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and in the rare occurrence I needed something, Brittany was always responsive and took care of the issue as fast as possible. Overall this is a great spot, I would highly recommend for any length stay in the area

Cape Coral

We are snowbirds from Michigan and we stayed at this property for 3 months. The neighborhood was safe and very walkable. Grocery stores and food venues were within a few miles. Having a fenced yard and a screened in porch were perfect for our pets and for storing bicycles and kayaks. The interior was very comfortable and we especially loved the kitchen and its ability to handle many cooks when guests visited. Having a garage for your vehicle is a plus. Although it is an older ranch home it was very well kept. The landlord was very responsive to our needs but was not intrusive. I would recommend this property and rate it at 4.5 stars.
