Space
The space includes one bedroom with queen size bed plus the adjacent den with a TV, small refrigerator , sofa bed and computer desk. Each room is approximately 400 square feet. Guests, yours and mine, may use the bathroom.
Deposit required upon agreement and will be applied to the first months rent. Cleaning fee is for all three rooms monthly. No charge if the tenant sufficiently cleans all rooms.

Great stay
It has been a great pleasure staying with Larry and Doc (his dog) for the last 6 months! Having the second room is great, I could have an office space separated from the bedroom. I had all I needed, fridge, kitchen access, bathroom, laundry. Larry is easy-going and friendly, always happy to chat but also respectful of my privacy. Doc is extremely cute and full of love. Larry, thanks a lot for hosting me, and for all the games of dominoes! It truly made my stay in the US extra special.

Larry's Place
Larry's Place is situated in a quiet safe neighborhood in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Larry is an excellent host I could not have asked for a more generous and friendly person who is easy to communicate with. He was very respectful of my space as I worked nights, he was mindful of this by maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment. I do not hesitate to recommend this property.
