This is a 10 acre farm, 3 acres of lychee, a lot of open ground, 8 miles south of Hilo and 15 miles from the volcano national park. Very quiet, private and peaceful. Mostly the sounds of nature. The road to the farm is paved and there are other amenities close by such as 7-Eleven gas station.
Water and electric are included, PROPANE GAS is the responsibility of the renter.
