Great long-term stay experience

This was my first time using FF, and originally my preference was renting an entire space rather than a shared space. I quickly realized that most full spaces were either already booked, non-responsive, or not in great areas of town. I ended up choosing Jackie’s listing as the next best option, and I’m really glad I did. She was extremely responsive, happy to answer all my questions, and the place is located in a very convenient and safe area. Since I was working here remotely, having easy access to a south-facing patio throughout the day for regular vitamin D breaks was important to me, and very few listings offered this. Jackie’s does. Between the spacious layout and large suite, the home had pretty much everything I needed for a smooth and successful multi-month stay. Jackie did everything possible to accommodate me, for which I am grateful, and I would absolutely return. Thank you, Jackie!

Do better, Jackie

I signed a two-month lease with Jackie, but about three weeks in I was told Id need to move out by the end of that same week. The notice was given on 9/23 to vacate by 9/29 less than a weeks notice. That wasnt what I agreed to and felt inconsistent with Arizonas notice requirements. I waited a while before posting because I was worried about possible retaliation. Jackie had been equally aggressive in convincing me to move in, and later became upset and difficult to work with during the move-out, which made the process stressful. Shes a licensed real-estate professional, so I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. Oh, and she kept my cleaning fee despite having a demolition crew in my ROOM for an entire week, demolishing drywall and stucco during my short stay.

Lovely home

This was a great stay for me, Jackie is a wonderful hostess, always going out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Not to mention collecting my Amazon packages for me when I was out of town, thank you Jackie! The master suite is large, roomy, and very comfortable complete with a tempurpedic king mattress, a huge garden tub, a desk and chair and your own patio. I loved sitting out in the patio listening to and watching all the birds. The house is in a very safe neighborhood, quiet, peaceful and it was a huge bonus to have a garage space for my car! Only a half mile from Northwest main and so convenient to many great restaurants and a short drive to some beautiful hikes and Saguaro national park!

Fantastic host and comfortable space

Jackie, the host of this property, is a fantastic human being. A lovely host who made sure I was comfortable in every way. She kept the space pristine and offered full privacy. The house itself is big and the room is spacious. I cannot recommend this property enough and anyone else considering it. Rest assured you are in good hands.
