Great Landlords on Cozy property

My wife in I stayed in this cozy spot during our first travel contract in San Diego these past few months. It was stressful moving halfway across the country to work in a totally new city but Ian and Lana made the living situation part a total breeze! They were both very kind in all interactions and the pups made living here an added perk :). They were extremely receptive and very timely when it came to any questions or concerns during our stay and very accommodating when we had to suddenly move back home. Couldn't recommend better landlords!

The room and all its attached amenities were absolutely wonderful. It's a beautifully architected home in a quiet neighborhood with a great landlord who is incredibly kind, generous, and always ready to help. The property is very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful floors and no issues that could affect your stay. There's ample parking, which is a rarity in San Diego, and a washer and dryer on the property. Perfect for travel nurses looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience living at this awesome place. The Garden Room is seriously the best place I've ever rented. The landlords are top-notch - caring, kind, and always ready to help out or share their knowledge. From the moment I stepped in to inquire about the room, they welcomed me with open arms, making me feel totally at home. Giving me a detailed tour of the entire house. They were incredibly warm and welcoming. You'll love the area too; it's peaceful, quiet, and offers an incredible cozy and comfortable space. Plus, the Garden Room has a really cute patio, perfect for your fur best friend. In a heartbeat, I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's been straight-up amazing living here!
