This is a stunning property with all the comforts of home. I've lived here in Louisville, KY. in area called "J Town" for the past 5 months. I feel very comfortable, safe and at home. Cynthia is very accommodating and an excellent host. She easy going, an animal lover and provides for you, your every need. One of the major features of this home is that it has a lovely deck and yard to drink your coffee or just have a breath of fresh air while enjoying nature. Another major feature is in-garage parking so you don't have to be outside in the rain while getting in & out of your car or when unloading groceries for instance. Jefferson Town is about 20 to 25 minutes from the city and has everything you need as far as restaurants, grocery stores, car repair etc. You name it, its in J-Town. I do love it here and feel I've made a great friend. It will be bittersweet leaving this place.

I stayed here for ~2 months during a clinical internship. I had a fantastic experience renting with Cynthia! The house and neighborhood was safe and perfect for me and my dog. The home itself was very comfortable, quiet, clean and had everything that I needed! Cynthia was quick to respond to my questions, and very kind. I would highly recommend staying here!
