Beautiful ohana in the bottom floor of our home in Kailua Kona, across the street from the elementary school, 2 miles away from the pier. 5 minutes to Walmart and Safeway, right in the center of town. 1 parking space in the driveway plus plenty of street parking and another little parking space to the side of the home!
1 bedroom 1 bathroom Ohana, washer and dryer are right out the backdoor behind your kitchen. All utilities are included, wifi, trash pickup (7am Friday) (place trash cans out Thursday evening) electric and water. AC is in the ohana but please do not run the AC if you are not within the unit, if this is found to be the case extra fees could be included. Keypad entry with fully fenced in backyard. Raleigh and Jessica
My wife and I both worked at Kona Community Hospital for years I was in the laboratory and she is a nurse. She has since moved on to bigger and brighter endeavors and I have moved to outpatient laboratory work. We met in Hawaii when Jessica was on her third travel contract here (2018). We love Hawaii so much we decided to stay make Hawaii our home. We know the struggle to find safe affordable housing so we are making that our goal.
