It's completely refurbished from flooring to window blinds and appliances! The entrance is down a single flight of stairs directly from the reserved parking place. It backs onto the communal lawn with the gated pool at the end. The patio is partially enclosed by greenery and the view out the back is a canyon. The unit is perfect for 1-2 people. The second bedroom is currently set up a a den but I'm open to providing a sleeping chair if desired.

great location
I stayed 8 months here. Perfect location. It's walking distance to Kaiser Sunnyside or just a 5 min drive. The back porch has a beautiful view of the creek. Stays cool during the hot days and warm during the cold. Ya got a designated parking spot. Close to Safeway, Costco, Target, the mall and gyms as well

Great apartment. Clean with everything you need. Bed is comfortable, laundry, tv and small back patio with a view of trees. Walking distance to many restaurants, stores. I worked at Kaiser Sunnyside as a travel nurse, super convenient, even walked to work many times. I would have stayed if I didn't have other arrangements. Enjoy .
