Awesome short term rental!

This is a great home for a short or long stay! The house is equipped with all the essentials--nice bed linens and towels, kitchen basics, and great Wi-Fi. There is a surprising amount of storage for a small house and I had plenty of space for my personal items, like clothes, shoes, luggage, and my office essentials. The two closets are quite large. The AC runs great and cools the house down on hot days very quickly. Washer/dryer/dishwasher were all in working order and served my needs. K was an awesome landlord and was always easily accessible and responsive to any questions I had or inquiries for repair. The neighborhood is very quiet, walkable, and feels safe. I had a great experience staying in this house and would recommend to anyone looking for a short-term place to stay on the Boise Bench.

This house is too cute!! It had everything we could need and the landlord is very helpful and responsive. Great location, very safe part of town, walkable neighborhood.

Great Long-Term Stay in Boise

I stayed at this rental for 3 months in 2024. The house had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable and I didn't have to worry about kitchen essentials. I loved the house - it was great for my needs, had just the right amount of decorations to make it feel homey but not cluttered, and Kendall was always responsive if I needed anything. The backyard is an amazing space and the neighborhood is quiet and in a very convenient location.

Excellent Boise Rental

The home is furnished with all the essentials, modern amenities and furniture, and is the perfect size for 1-2 guests to comfortably stay either short-term or for an extended stay. The location is conveniently tucked in between the Boise airport and downtown, with a bus stop to either just a quick 5 min walk away, and an Albertson's (grocery store) within walking distance. The A/C, Heating system, Washer and Dryer are all in good condition and have never given me any issues. I can't speak highly enough of K as a landlord. Apart from being one of the friendliest folks in Boise, she's been attentive to my needs/requests as a tenant, and proactive in ensuring my stay has been comfortable- all stemming from the obvious desire she has for the home to be upkept in good order.
