Our cottage is attached to the house that has one occupant. You will have your own private entrance and street parking out from that is always available . There is an AC unit and washer and dryer on premises. Please NO SMOKING. We are conveniently located to the Pali Hwy H3, bus stop and within walking distance to Kailua town and Kailua beach.

Very Special Studio
For the past two months this has been our home away from home, and we wish that our schedule would allow it to remain so for several more months! The description and photos prompted high expectations. Our experience here has exceeded them in every way. Lisa has been exceptional -- responsive, open, trustworthy, caring and considerate as well as respectful of our privacy. The condition of the unit has also been excellent-- ample sunlight, cooling breezes, all the amenities that we would want or need, lovely views from the lanai, easy parking and a superb location. Five stars and four thumbs up!

Great Beach Studio
Super cute beach studio! Very comfortable bed and linens. Shower is wonderful and hot. Walkable to Kailua beach. Owners are available but never bothered us once. Very private! Parking easy for 2 vehicles. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
