I utilized this property for a stay throughout a clinical rotation for 2 months. Kenneth was a great host and always made sure I had the things I needed!

Comfortable Long-Term Stay with a Great Host

I stayed in this room for about 9 months and had a very comfortable experience. The space was well maintained and came with many amenities that made daily living easy and enjoyable. The host was always available when needed but never intrusive or inconvenient. Communication was clear, respectful, and timely throughout my entire stay. I felt comfortable, respected, and at ease living here, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant long-term stay.

From my first message through to the end of our stay host was available and made our stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. If we didnt have something he made sure to get it. Even there to help with a need outside of the rental. Very accommodating and highly recommend. Thank you for everything! Great stay!!

I stayed here in the basement apartment for 3 months while traveling to the KC area for a clinical rotation. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed and the space was very clean. The bed was comfy and I liked watching the birds at the feeders in the backyard on weekend mornings. I also really enjoyed visits from Ken's dog. As a dog person missing their pooch, they made my stay even better! I highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling for work/school in the KC area!

Excellent Stay!

I stayed here in the basement apartment for several months while working in the Kansas City area. Firstly, everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, full size fridge as well. I was impressed how nice and comfortable the living room area was (giant TV). Having a designated parking spot and private entrance is also very convenient. Ken is very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this basement for almost a month, and it was an excellent experience. The space is fully furnished, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It has a great bed, a TV for entertainment, and a practical kitchen equipped with a good refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals. The basement is completely independent from the upstairs area, which gave us plenty of privacy. The landlord was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-equipped rental!
