Good spot near on the Southen Tip of Decatur

I enjoyed my stay, but just a few things to bear in mind. The lower unit is a converted basement. There was a consistent spider problem that the Landlord took quick action to solve. The kitchen trash can is bedroom sized, you should also buy basic cleaning supplies. No ice maker, also only a few pots and pans, and the lower unit driveway is not paved. Being a lower unit neighbor, you will hear footsteps, pets, children, but nothing crazy. Onto the good stuff, its a modern studio apartment with a nice bathroom, a sufficient kitchenette, nice furniture and TVs, wifi, and the highlight of course, responsive and considerate landlords! The only issue I really had with my time here is the somewhat steep price. I paid $1950 per month with a $900 security deposit; your mileage may vary. Lastly, I would describe Ricky and Christina as friendly, accommodating, and considerate Landlords who aim to please; you may find better places, but landlords will either make it or break it for you!
