Charming home in the Santa Clara about 3/4 mile from Santa Clara University. Home is well cared for with a large backyard. There is street traffic but mostly during rush hour. There is a beautiful Catholic church close by that rings their bells. I've gotten used to them but you will hear them at first. A shared house with the owner. The bedroom is private and the bath is newly remodeled semi-private (I sometime us the toilet when I'm downstairs but never the shower/bathtub). The rent pays for a cleaning lady (as soon as I find one) and utilities (as long as they are not excessive. I once had a roommate whose showers were so long it upped the water bill significantly).
