Serene & Sunny Apartment in the Silver Lake Hills - ideal for professionals relocating to Los Angeles

The best place in Silverlake!

I have absolutely loved living in this apartment and if I was staying in LA would renew year after year. Tom's place is a serene and beautiful apartment in the hills of Silverlake, with views of the mountains and sunset many evenings. It truly feels like a quiet retreat from the often chaotic feel of LA. The place itself is spacious, laid out well, with all the amenities you will need. Tom is so kind, responsive, and the most proactive landlord I've been around. You will rarely see him but it's a treat when you do. Very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and the reservoir. It really is such a fun and peaceful place to live with a great neighborhood community. I will miss it when I move!

Great apartment and amazing landlord

I had an amazing stay at Toms beautifully furnished Silver Lake apartment. Spacious and filled with natural light, it sits atop a hill near the reservoir, offering great views despite being on the bottom floor of a three-story house. Tom is an exceptional landlordflexible, responsive, and proactive. When I mentioned the lighting needed updating, he had it replaced the next day. Later, a minor heat pump issue led him to replace the entire system within days. The apartment is fully stocked, includes an in-unit washer/dryer, and has plenty of parking. As an EV owner, I also appreciated Tom allowing me to charge my car daily. This was the best living experience Ive ever had, and I would have stayed longer if I hadnt moved to San Diego. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-managed place in Silver Lake, I highly recommend it!
