Great Space!

I stayed here for about 7 weeks and really enjoyed it. The unit is clean & comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Stanley Marketplace and easy access to the highway. Ryan/landlord is super chill and responsive.

Cozy

Great location for those working at UCHealth Anschutz campus. Quick drive or even walking distance to lot 9 parking for shuttle service. Nice, older neighborhood, big trees and little kids. The LL gave me his driveway to park in which was great. Simple kitchen, brought my own basics. Super kind and friendly LL. R was available when needed. Lighted path to the unit which is behind the main home. We had a great stay.

Fair

We didnt receive a signable lease until the day of move-in, & signed copy was never shared with us. Full payment was required upfront (nearly $5k), which was not disclosed prior to signing. The listing mentions a $400 NF pet deposit- we were charged $500 for 2 dogs- the highest pet fee weve paid across various rentals. There are 2 cameras in the yard that capture all movement, which made it hard to feel fully comfortable. The mattress was quite old, 1 set of stained sheets was provided, & the pillows were discolored/ worn out. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking, we had to purchase several essentials. The AC unit only cools a small area and unit was always hot. We found spiders/bugs daily. LL entered unit after knowing we would be out of town, without giving proper notice. Miscommunications, unexpected costs, & condition of the unit led us to relocate for the remainder of our CO stay. We advise asking specific questions upfront and requesting everything in writing ahead of move-in.

Cozy and safe rental :)

Ryan's property was perfect for my assignment at Children's Colorado. The studio is an easy 7 min drive and the neighborhood is safe, I felt very comfortable walking my dogs any time of day. Ryan was very helpful and available for anything I needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone working in the Denver area.

Cozy Studio in Great Area

This studio apartment was perfect for my extended stay in Denver! I was so happy to be close to Stanley market place, there are so much to do there. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and friendly. Coming and going from my apartment always felt safe no matter what time I got home from work. The yard is beautiful and the homeowner maintains everything perfectly. R is very easy to communicate with and made sure I was comfortable answering all of my question about the unit and area. 10/10 would recommend staying here.
