Great unit, responsive landlord
We stayed in apartment for two months, Oct and Nov. The apartment is spacious and well maintain. The landlord, Mike,lives upstairs and was very thoughtful and responsive to any issues that came up. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment- convenient and spacious
We stayed in this fantastic apartment for 2.5 months and I truly wish I could have stayed longer. The layout is wonderful and felt spacious even when we had guests stay the weekend. The furnishings are top notch and the kitchen was wonderful for cooking and hanging out with friends. The property is convenient to red line and numerous bus lines and walkable to so many amenities like the lake, Wrigley field, numerous shops and restaurants and is literally on top of a middle eastern market with delicious snacks. Working with Michael was super easy, he was very communicative and available for any minor issue that would pop up. I hope I can stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone needing a longer stay.

amazing space
This a huge space it's absolutely amazing. The host is probably the best person to have on sight to take care of any and all needs. I stayed with my wife and my two daughters. We stayed June 10 through August 7 2024.
