A Perfect Living Space
A cozy house with the right amount of space for what I needed. The house is clean and maintained and has nice updates including smart switches and keyless entry. I am a traveling nurse and this contract was nightshift, so I was pleasantly surprised by the blackout shades and the lack of outdoor noise coming in. On days off, I would open the curtains and the sunlight would come in abundance. The kitchen is stocked with everything youneed to prepare a meal. Parking is on a quiet street directly outside of the home. Eric, the landlord/owner was so good to me. I just can't say enough good things. Before I arrived he was thorough with all the details of the house and lease, and he was responsive to questions I had. Once I arrived, Eric (and Crowley) met me outside of the cottage and gave me a tour. During my time there, if I inquired about something needed, Eric was great about taking care of it. There is no bare minimum. I have a lot more to say but FF stops me at 1000 characters!
